CO2 Summit, 2022

Demand Drivers & Delivery

There’s never been a better time to be in the CO2 business. Traditional uses for carbon dioxide are growing and evolving. New applications are constantly emerging, whether in its gaseous or liquid state, or as dry ice. New opportunities in capture and utilisation are in the spotlight like never before. And there’s still so much growth potential to be unlocked.

These are global trends and technologies across the CO2 business, and they’re playing out on the biggest stage of all in North America.

With such enormous demand, there’s a challenge to be met in supply, safety and equipment. We have to ensure supply doesn’t get stuck behind the eight ball when there’s rapidly growing uses and opportunities to be met.

That’s why gasworld’s CO2 Summit 2022 will dive into all the supply chain talking points this September, from nameplate production through to the distributor level lessons and the cryo tank and leak detector in-between.

Applications

With parallel sessions at the applications level, there’s everything you need to know about the markets driving growth for all in the CO2 industry. Our afternoon sessions will be split between the Marriot Ballroom and the Northwestern, Purdue, Ohio and Wisconsin rooms for an afternoon of double the content!

If the rampant growth in cannabis markets is your area of interest, ensure you’re sat down in Session 5 to learn more and hear from experts in the field. If your focus is more on the cold chain and pharmaceuticals, however, then ensure you’ve grabbed your seat in Session 6.

Likewise, choose between different ends of the food and beverages business discussion, with Session 3 & 4 running parallel. Session 3 focuses on drink trends in beverages, drinking habits and dispensing, whilst Session 4 dives deeper into food production processing and purity standards.

There will be choices to be made throughout the day as you customise your learnings in CO2, or perhaps an opportunity to bring colleagues and ensure your business gets the benefit of every talk on offer! Whatever your plan is for the day, there’ll be more speakers and more insights than ever before!

CO2 at the distributor level

Consolidation may exist at the major player level, but massive opportunities exist at the independent distributor level across all gases and equipment.

Check out our focused distributor session to learn more and hear about the challenges the independents have risen to in delivering critical CO2 across state lines.

International appeal

Operating at an international level in CO2?

Sourcing routes and distribution channels may vary from one region to the next, but learnings in supply, safety, sustainability and technology are valuable at a global level. That’s why gasworld’s CO2 Summit 2022 brings you a range of sessions, topics and speakers designed to maximise your toolkit of knowledge whatever region you’re active in.

What’s more, with an agenda of international appeal and an audience to match, we’re optimising your networking opportunities too.

More CO2 than ever before

Take your pick from our parallel sessions, designed to bring you more CO2 insight, discussion and debate than ever before – all under one roof.

Whether you’re a local distributor looking to keep up-to-date on the latest application trends, a national supplier focused on market make-up, a global innovator looking for the latest in capture and utilisation opportunities, or even an end-user keen to stay in the know on all things CO2, join us this September in Chicago for an event not to be missed.
