Tim Jones has been with Deutsche Bank since 2000. He started as the Director of European Chemicals and Gases research. He is now the Managing Director, Head of Basic Materials and Healthcare research, Member of Equity Research Operating Committee.

He has a MA in Chemistry from Oxford University. He started his career in ACA/Corporate tax at Arthur Andersen in 1994. He then moved to JP Morgan as an Associate for European Chemicals and Gases research in 1997.
