Sombat is a master’s degree holder from the University of Michigan in Chemical Engineering and spent several years in the USA as a process design engineer for Cryogenic Consulting Services.
With over 30+ years of experience in upgrading the efficiency and quality of air and gas separation, Sombat is the first to design and fabricate Thailand’s first cryogenic vessel and later First onshore micro LNG plant from associate gas from the oil well. As founder of the CT Group family business: Cryotech, Cryothai and Cryotech Asia, Sombat and company build, fabricate, and repair all types of cryogenic tanks, provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) consultations, and applying LNG to local industries as an alternative fuel source, replacing bunker oil, LPG and CNG.
Sombat has several working projects including: EPC works of a 5 MM plant in Indonesia, compressed biomethane gas project in Northern Thailand, and cold energy recovery from regasifying from cryogenic liquids and applying this newest efficient process in various industries that further away from the terminal.
