Dr Peter Clough is a Managing Consultant at ERM working within the hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation teams. He has significant expertise in scaling up decarbonization technologies and assists clients in identifying and securing market opportunities.

Prior to joining ERM, he was a Senior Lecturer at Cranfield University leading their activities in clean hydrogen production and CCS. He was the engineering lead on the HyPER project, which was an £8M project funded by BEIS to develop a next-generation hydrogen production technology. Whilst at Cranfield he contributed to securing and managing projects across private and public research activities. He also has an MEng in Environmental Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering.
