Kareem is Partner and Global Clean Energy manager and Director of strategic partnership at PDC Machines, a compression technology company based out of Pennsylvania in the USA. A family business for 40 years, PDC is serving the worlds industrial gas, specialty gas and hydrogen energy markets globally. Kareem is responsible for PDC’s global business development and strategic partnerships as well as leading the innovation team. He has worked to grow double PDC’s revenue over the last 7 years. Over the last year, Kareem led the PDC team as part of a pseudo joint venture to co-create the Simplefuel hydrogen refueling appliance with is a small scale hydrogen refueling station which was the $1 million winner of the US Department of Energy’s H2 refuel H-prize national contest. He travels extensively developing new partnerships which drive innovation in the marketplace. He is on multiple non-profit boards serving the broader community to make the world a more empathic place. He is a marathoner, triathlete and an applies the mentality that anything is possible throughout his work, partnerships and everyday life.
