Jennifer Lovell joined Shell Chemicals in polymers marketing in 1989 after gaining a chemistry PhD from Nottingham University. She has undertaken sales, product management and strategy roles for a diverse range of products including aromatics, ethylene oxide and derivatives, solvents and car care.

In 2012 she moved to the contracting and procurement section of the Shell Petroleum business as Enterprise Category Manager for industrial gases.

Lovell will be giving an overview, from her experience in the petrochemicals sector, of the growth within the industrial gases market.
