Fabian Van Damme started his career as a business developer for international gas companies in the field of food and pharma, directly after finishing his studies of Master of Science in Chemistry and Master of Science in Biochemistry.

After an exhaustive international career in gases, he founded the company Dohmeyer in 2003. Today, Van Damme combines the function of Director with that of Key Account Manager and is active in the project management of the demanding cryogenic projects. On a daily basis, Van Damme uses his background as an engineer to solve the cryogenic challenges and turn them into cryogenic applications and machines.
