Chris Ebeling is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the US bulk business at Messer Americas, part of the world’s largest privately held industrial gases enterprise. In his current role, Chris is responsible for three sales channels, order-to-cash/customer service, product management, applications and R&D, as well as Messer’s helium sourcing and supply chain in the Americas. Over his 33-year international career in industrial gases, he has worked for AGA, BOC, Linde, and now Messer, amassing broad business experience in bulk gases, packaged gases, hardgoods, and safety supplies.  He has received numerous innovation awards during his career for development in traditional gas applications and non-traditional areas such as order to cash.  He has multiple patents pending and has authored multiple technical papers.

Chris has served as Executive Chair of the Compressed Gas Association (CGA) and currently sits on the Board of Directors. Chris received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
